The pool area is divine, perfect to unwind after a day of adventures! The overall stylish decor and layout were lovely too. Just a bummer about the street noise that kept us awake at night 😅

A nice size and nicely furnished room with retro decor. Prime and quiet location to the old centre of Battambang, easy to get around. Based near restaurants and the beautiful garden.

The ambiance of La Villa made me feel
Like I had stepped back in time, enveloped by its rich history and beautiful decor. The pool was a highlight. The broken ceiling fan in our room was a letdown. We found it quite warm.

Beautifully maintained accommodation with absolutely perfect setting not far from a beautiful garden, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia and Cambodja. Beautifully decorated units in colonial style and genuinely helpful staff. Variety of products for a freshly cooked and outstanding breakfast. Efficient services! Clean pool.

Beautifully maintained and truly exceptional hotel in an unbeatable position to turn food into art. Genuinely helpful and responsive staff interactions. Location next to the city center as well as cliffs of Chinese-built hotels.

The ambiance of the colonial architecture sets La Villa apart.
The swimming pool area could use better maintenance, as there were broken tiles and unkempt loungers.

The superior rooms are huge-airy spaces with gorgeous tiled floors, high ceilings, and charming French colonial shutters. The ambiance feels calm and peaceful.
The bathrooms have an odd lack of privacy with just a curtain instead of a door, which could be uncomfortable for some. Various things in the room, like broken bathroom taps and loose fixtures, indicated a need for maintenance. It's worth noting that the balcony was not properly cleaned and had a dirty mop left in the corner.

Charming colonial stay amid the city
La Villa feels like an oasis with its fine Art Deco design. The spacious and stylish pool was our go-to spot to unwind after sightseeing. The history of the building is palpable, and walking around the area reminded me of exploring a different era.
Unfortunately, our room's bathroom lacked a door. While the breakfast options were decent, the dining menu could use a bit of variety. The nearby sounds at night from traffic disrupted our sleep more than expected.

Staying at this charming place was good for our family. The spacious pool was perfect, and the breakfast options really catered to everyone's preferences. Plus, bike rentals.
In my wife's opinion, the lack of a hot water system is a big drawback.

Staying at La Villa reminded me of stepping back in time. The colonial architecture amazed me, with its original furnishings adding a unique touch. The rooms were fine, and I appreciated the high ceilings and spaciousness. The pool was a great size. Nakim, the manager, was great. The bathroom in my Double Room with Garden View lacked privacy. The toilet even had no door. That made things a bit awkward. The bar never seemed to be staffed, a letdown since I would've loved a drink by the pool. I enjoyed the charm but felt basic facilities and bar service need attention.
